QHHT® sessions are offered both in person and online, depending on your needs and location.
In-person sessions take place in the Shaughnessy area of Vancouver and provide a fully immersive, dedicated environment for deep relaxation and subconscious exploration.
Online QHHT® sessions are also available for those who are unable to attend in person. These sessions follow the same core principles and structure, while being adapted to ensure comfort, focus, and a safe, supportive experience at a distance.
In both formats, you remain fully aware, safe, and in control throughout the session.

During QHHT®, the conscious mind gently relaxes, allowing deeper layers of awareness to come forward. Many people describe this state as allowing deeper inner guidance — often referred to as the Higher Self — to emerge, offering insight, clarity, or a felt sense of inner alignment, shaped by their personal experience.
Everything you share before, during, and after the session is treated with strict confidentiality. Sessions are held one-on-one to support a safe, focused environment, allowing you to explore freely without outside influence.

Questions
A few days before your session, write down the questions you’d like to explore with your subconscious. Prioritize them and, if possible, write them by hand — this helps clarify your intention. Don’t worry about wording; what matters will naturally come through.
Body & Space
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, heavy foods, fatigue, or intense exercise before your session. Wear soft, comfortable clothing (cotton is ideal). You may bring light snacks and a familiar blanket for comfort.
During & After
No effort is required — simply relax, allow the experience to unfold, and share what you perceive at your own pace.
A single QHHT® session often offers space for reflection, awareness, and personal clarity, allowing individuals to explore questions that feel ready to be addressed.
Experiences vary, and some individuals may choose to return if new questions arise or if they wish to explore further.
About 2–3 hours for the pre-talk interview, up to 2 hours of hypnosis, and approximately 30 minutes for the review afterward.
Please allow plenty of time so the session can unfold naturally without feeling rushed.
