Hypnosis is completely safe when facilitated by a trained professional. It’s a gentle, non-invasive approach used for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
Yes, most people can enter a hypnotic state as long as they are willing and open to the process. It’s a natural state we all experience daily, like daydreaming or driving on autopilot.
Most people describe it as a deeply relaxed, peaceful state, similar to daydreaming or just before falling asleep. You remain aware of your surroundings but feel calm and inwardly focused as your brainwaves slow into the hypnotic state.
QHHT® works at the subconscious root of issues, so a single session can often bring lasting change. Unlike other methods, it rarely requires repetition.

Questions
A few days before, write down all the questions you want to ask your Subconscious. Prioritize them and ideally handwrite them — this anchors your intention. Don’t worry about wording; your Subconscious knows what matters.
Body & Space
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, heavy foods, fatigue, or intense exercise before your session. Wear soft, comfortable clothing (cotton is ideal). You may bring light snacks and a familiar blanket for comfort.
During & After
No effort is required — simply relax, allow, and share what you perceive. Each session is unique and designed for you. Afterward, give yourself a calm evening to reflect and integrate.
Most people need only one session, as QHHT® is designed to create deep healing and insight in a single experience. You’re welcome to return if new questions arise or you want to explore further.
A typical QHHT® session lasts 4–6 hours: about 2 hours of pre-talk interview, up to 2 hours of hypnosis, and 30–60 minutes of review afterward. Please allow plenty of time so we won’t feel rushed.
QHHT® is safe and has no known side effects. You remain aware and in control throughout the session, and your subconscious will only share what is safe for you.
QHHT® may not be suitable for: people with severe psychiatric conditions (schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorder), anyone under drugs/alcohol, those unable to relax or follow verbal guidance, and minors under 18 (except possibly 16–17 with parental consent).
